Po uiszczeniu długi, wierzyciel będzie musiał zwiększyć podstawę opodatkowania zgodnie z datą wpłaty, a dłużnik zrobić korektę.
  7. Zmiana w ustawie dot. VAT - skrócenie w przepisach o VAT terminu na skorzystanie z ulgi ze 150 do 120 dni (byłyby zatem jednolite w podatku dochodowym i VAT).

Niestety nadal pozostaną problemy, takie jak:
- obawa ze zgłoszeniem nieregularnych płatności lub zbyt długich terminów w umowach ze strony firm MŚP
- obawa przed utratą zlecenia
